Terms of service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
1. Who we are
TeePack ("we", "us", "our") supplies custom workwear and branded goods to customers in the United Kingdom. By using teepack.co.uk or asking us for a quote, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Quotes and orders
- Quotes are provided in writing (usually by email) and are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.
- A quote is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. An order is confirmed only once you accept the quote in writing and — where relevant — approve the artwork.
- We may withdraw or revise a quote if stock, supplier pricing or lead times change materially before you accept.
- There is no minimum order value or minimum order quantity, though pricing improves with volume. Delivery is priced on each quote; it is only free where agreed on that quote.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate at invoice date.
- Payment terms are shown on your quote or invoice. First-time orders are typically payable in advance; approved account customers may be offered credit terms.
- Late payments may accrue interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Artwork and intellectual property
- You confirm you own — or are licensed to use — every logo, image, trade mark and piece of copy you supply.
- You indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from our use of the artwork you supply.
- Where we originate artwork on your behalf, we retain the underlying rights and grant you a non-exclusive licence to use it for the goods produced under your order.
- Once you approve artwork proofs (mock-ups), production begins. We can't be responsible for errors present in an approved proof.
5. Delivery
- We deliver nationwide across the UK. Delivery is priced on your quote (excluding VAT) and is only free where that is agreed on the quote itself. We also deliver to most of Europe on request — tell us the destination and we'll confirm delivery with your quote. Delivery is shown on your quote, so the total you accept is the total you pay. There is no minimum order.
- Lead times are quoted in working days from the date artwork is approved and payment cleared, and are estimates. Where a firm deadline matters, tell us up front and we'll confirm feasibility in writing.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you specify. Title passes on cleared payment.
6. Returns and cancellations
- Because branded goods are made to order, they are excluded from statutory distance-selling cancellation rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- Unbranded goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, at your cost.
- Faulty or incorrectly produced items: notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will repair, replace or refund the affected units.
7. Limitation of liability
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We're not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities or reputational harm.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Data protection
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy policy. Cookies we use are listed in our Cookie policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
