What's the minimum order?
There's no minimum — order as little as one piece. We'll always recommend the best decoration method for your run size.
How fast can you turn around an order?
Most stocked products ship decorated within 5–8 working days from artwork approval. Rush turnarounds (3 working days) are available on selected lines — let us know your deadline up front.
Do I need print-ready artwork?
Not at all. Send whatever you have — even a phone snap of a sketch — and our studio will redraw it as a print-ready vector from as little as £20.00.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — European delivery is available on most orders, with the cost confirmed on your quote. Drop us a message with your destination and we'll confirm the details. Within the UK we can deliver to a single address or split across several (offices, event sites, individual recipients) on the same order.
How much is delivery?
We deliver nationwide across the UK. Delivery is priced on your quote (excluding VAT) and is only free where that's agreed on the quote itself. It's shown on your quote, so the total you accept is the total you pay.
Can I see the product before I order?
Yes — we can send a plain, unbranded stock sample on request. There's a small cost which we refund against your order.
How do payments work?
New accounts pay 50% on artwork approval and 50% before despatch. Established trade accounts get 30-day terms. We invoice in GBP.
What happens if the goods aren't perfect?
We don't despatch anything we wouldn't be happy to receive. If something's wrong on arrival, message us within 14 days and we'll remake it or refund — your call.
